Robert Mitchnick, M.A.Sc., Psych.Asssoc., is a Registered Associate with 18 years experience in the areas of psychotherapy and psychological assessments. He has worked primarily with adults in a wide variety of settings, including general hospitals, psychiatric hospitals, and community mental health clinics, as well as in private practice. He has expertise in the treatment of anxiety and depression using a cognitive behavioural approach. He provides individual therapy to clients dealing with work stress, work related injuries, motor vehicle injuries, and stressful relationship change.
